01Eligibility

The Platform is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you are under 18, you may not use the Platform or provide any information to us. If we learn that we have collected information from a person under 18, we will delete it promptly.

04Legal bases for processing (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, we process your personal data under the following legal bases:

• Performance of a contract — to provide the Platform and services you request.

05How we share your information

• Visible to other users: information you choose to make public — such as your profile, listings, and content — will be visible to other users of the Platform. Direct messages are visible to the recipient(s).

• Legal requirements: we may disclose information where required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of us, our users, or others.

06Data retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Platform. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we will delete or anonymize it.
